Q: I reformated or upgraded my computer and the program is no longer registered and my key doesn't work! What's wrong and what can I do?
A: Our software generates a serial number based on your computer. If drastic changes are made to your computer, the software may think that it got moved to a different computer and will require a different key. A new key can be obtained at the Password Request Page.
Q: My Question isn't answered here. What can I do?
